Ordinance No. 38
Be It Ordained by the Board of Sup-
ervSSOrs of the County of Hawall:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 35 of the County of Hawaii shall
and is hereby amended so as to read
as follows:
"$ection 2. It shall be unlawful
for any person owning, working upon,
driving, propelling or in charge of any
wagon, cart or other wheeled convey-
ance to permit the pole, swing bar
or any Portion of, or any part of the
contents of any such cart, wagon or
other wheeled conveyance excepting
the wheels to touch, drag or come in
contact with any portion of such high-
way or road in such manner as to
scratch, mar or excavate the road or
public highway.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after the date oY
Its approval.

ervisors at said meeting.
