HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1911-042County of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaii Ordinance No. 42 BEING AN ORDINANCE TO PRO- VIDE AGAINST THE DEPOSIT OF CERTAIN OFFENSIVE MATERI- AL UPON 6IDEWALKS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS. Be it Ordained by the County of Hawaii: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, scatter, sweep or deposit any dust, dirt of sweep- ings of any dwelling house, ware- house, store or other building upon any street, sidewalk or other high- way within the County of Hawaii. Section 2. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of misdemeanor and shall be fined in the sum of not more than $20.00. This ordinance shall take effect from the date of its approval. JAMES D. LEWIS, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.
