Ordinance No. 50
RELATING TO VEHICLES AT
STEAiVIF.R LANDINGS AND RAIL-
ROAD DEPOTS.
Be it re^clved by the Board of Sup-
ervisors of the County of Hawaii.
Section 1. At el] steamer landings
and railroad depots throughout the
County of Hawaii there shall be a line
or location designated by the Sheriff
of the County, or by any of his De-
puties, and al] vehicles, whether or
not the same be for hire, shall line up
in order in which they arrive along
the line or location so designated and
each vehicle shall remain in its posi-
tion until engaged or until it becomes
its Uurn to move up to the front.
Section 2. No vehicles shall remain
on any Government wharf longer than
is necessary to pick up or discharge
its load of passengers.
Section 3. Any person who shall
violate any of the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guilty oY
a misdemeanor and shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding twonty-five
dollars, and if such person is found to
be a licensed driver or operator, his
license may, in the discretion of the
court, be cancelled.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after the date of
its adoption.

I hereby certify that the foregoing
Ordinance was regularly considered
at a meeting of the Board of Sup-
ervisors of the County of Hawaii,
held at the County Seat upon the
3rd day of April, A. D. 1913, and
upon being put to vote said Ordinance
was adopted by a majority of the Sup-
ervisors at said meeting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed the
seal of the County of Hawaii upon this
3rd day of April, A. D. 1913.
