That the grades of the proposed streets in that portion of Waiolama In the Cfty of Hilo, County oY Hawaii, Territory oY Hawaii, lying between Ponahawai Street West and the Wai- loa River, Eaet, also Front Street North and Volcano 6treet, South, as set out in Section 2, hereoY, are hereby established in reference to the Hilo City datum plane, being meantide or mean sea level at the said City o4 Hilo and located as fol- lows, to wit: A Bench Mark on top of the Concrete Sun Dial in the Court House Square, Corner of Bing and Pitman 6treeta, in said City of Hilo, is 44.766 Yeet, and a bench mark being the bottom of a square hole cut in the concrete wail lust north of the old Government Wharf at the month oY the Wailoa River in said City of Hilo is 5:39 feet above said Hilo city datum plane.
