AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordi-
nance No. 44 oY the County of Ha-
waii, Territory of Hawaii, Relating to
Stands for Licensed Vehicles in the
Town of Hllo, County of Hawaii, Ter-
ritory oY Hawaii, regulating the vas
and occupation thereof, and repeal-
ing all Ordinances in conflict there-
with.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUN-
TY OF HAWAII, TERRITORY OF
HAWAII.
Section 1. The titles of Ordinance
No. 44 is hereby amended to read as
fo]lowa:
An Ordinance relating to stands for
Licensed Vehicles in the Town of
Hflo, County oY Hawaii, Territory oP
Hawaii, and regulating the use and
occupation thereof, and repealing all
ordinances in conftlet therewith.
Section 2. Amend the paragraph
relating to Stand No. 2 to read as
follows:
Stand No. 2. South aide of Waia-
nuenue Street along the Court House
square, facing makaf.
Section 3. All of the paragraphs
relating to stand No. 3 are hereby re-
pealed and a new stand fs hereby
CREATED, to be known as Stand No.3
and to read ae follows:
~ Stand Na. 3. South aide of Ponoha-
wai Street beginning at the corner oY
Front and Ponohawai Streets, facing
makai.
Section 9. All Ordinances in con-
flict with the provisions of this Ordi-
nance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after the date oP
its approval.
