Be it ordained by the Board of Su- pervisors of the County aP Hawaii. SECTION 1. Section 11 of Ordin- ance No. 64, known as the "Motor Car Ordinance," is amended so as to read as follows: SECTION 11. REGISTRATION TO CONTINUE UNTIL JULY 1, 1916. RE -REGISTRATION ANNUALLY. ABANDONED NUMBER RE-ISSUED -WHEN. The registration of motor cars under Classes A and B shall con- tinue to July 1, 1916, and thereafter all such motor cars shall be reregis- tered annually, such re-reglstration to continue in force until July 1 of the following year. All annual re-registration shall be made during the month of July of each year. Whenever a motor car has not been re-registered as required by this sec- tion, and for thirty days thereafter, the reglstration number thereof shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the person to whom it had been issued and thereafter he shall have no claim to the use of said number. There- after such person shall not be entit- led to operate such motor car, except under a new original number. The Sheriff may issue a new original regis- tration to a different person under the said abandoned number. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after the date of its approval.
