HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1916-075 Ordinance No. 75 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 13 OF ORDINANCE NUM- BER 62 OF THE BOARD OF SU- PERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, TERRITORY OF HA- WAII, RESPECTING TO RULES ON STOPPING IN ROADWAY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUN- TY OF HAWAII: Section I. That Section 13 of Or- dinance Number 62 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaif, is hereby amend- ed by adding a new paragraph or sub- division thereto and to be known as Paragraph or Sub-division 3, which shall read as follows: "NO vehicle shall be permitted to stand alongside the curbs or sides within the limits of Kamehameha Avenue beginning from Shipman Street to Ponahawai Street for more than Flve Minutes. Any person who is in charge of any vehicle who de- sires to remain on said above men- tioned Avenue for more then Five Minutes shall "park" his vehicle in the middle of the said Avenue as di- rected by the traffic officer who is in charge of the road at that time."
