Ordinance No. 76
AN ORDINANCE to abolish Licensed
Vehicle Stand No. 7, in the Town of
Hilo, County of Hawaif, Territory of
Hawaii.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Licensed Vehicle Stand
No. 7, Waiakea Road opposite Haya-
shi Hotel, facing west, as estab-
lished by Ordinance Na. 44 of the
County of Hawaii, entitled An Ordin-
ance relating to Hack Stands, in the
town of Hilo, and regulating the use
and occupation thereof and repealing
all ordinances in conflict therewith
as amended by Ordinance No. 66 of
the County of Hawaii, entitled An
Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No.
44 of the County oY Hawaii, Terri-
tory of Hawaii, Relating to Stands
for Licensed Vehicles in the Town of
Hilo, County of Hawaii, Territory of
Hawaii„ regulating the use and oc-
cupation thereof, and repealing all
ordinances in conflict therewith, is
hereby abolished.
Section 2. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances 1n conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall
take effect and be 1n force from and
after the date of its approval.
