AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SEC-
TION FOl1R (4) OF ORDINANCE
61 OF THC COUNTY OF HAWAII,
RELATING TO EXHIBITING OF
MOVING PICTURES OF AN EDU-
CATIONAL OR BIBLICAL CHAR-
ACTER IN THE COUNTY OF HA~
WAII, ON SUNDAYS AND PRO-
VIDING RESTRICTIONS THERE-
ON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARll
OF SUPERVISORS OF TI1F.
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Section Pour (4) of
Ordinance No. 61 of the County of
Flawaii is hereby amended so as to
read as follows:
Section 4. In case any person,
firm or corporation shall violate any
of tho Provisions of section one (1)
of this ordinance or bolding a license
for conducting a Sunday moving Pic-
ture show shall oxhibit any film or
films not of an educational or tiblioal
character, he or it shall not bo en-
titled thereafter for a Period of
three months to receive any such
license and shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor for which he or it shall
be punished by a fine of not less
than One Hundred ($100.U0) Dollars
for tho first offcn~e. In casa oC a
second offense such person, firm or
corporation shall not be entitled
thereafter for a period of Six months
to receivo any such license and shall
be punished by a fine of not more
than Two Hundred and Fifty
($250.00) Dollars. The Treasurer
shall have the right to deny any
snch licence to such Parson violating
the Provisions of this Ordinance even
though no criminal proceedings are
Instituted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
tako eRect from and after the date
oP its approval.
