Moving Travel and Traffic Upon
Streets and Other Public Places iu
the County of Hawaii and Provid-
ing Penalties and Remedies for
Violations Thereof, and Repealing
Ordinance No. 62.
Be It Ordained by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Ha-
waii:
Section 1. Subdivision entitled
"Congested District" of Section 1,
Chapter 1, of Ordinance Numbered
87, of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Hawaii, Territory of
Hawaii, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Congested District Defined
The Congested Traffic District
shall be as follows:
All that section of Kamehame-
ha Street between Waianuenue
Street and Haili Street; all of that
section of Waianuenue Street be-
tween Kamehameha Street and I{i-
noole Street, all that section of
Keawe Street from the lower Wai-
]uku Bridge to Haili Street; all that
section of Haili Street from Keawe
to Kamehameha Btreet; all that sec-
tion of Kalakaua Street from Kinoole
to Kamehameha Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after the date
of its approval.
