TO AMEND CHAP- TER 11 OF ORDINANCE NUM- BEI2Ell 90, BY AMENDING SEC- TION IV TII F.RIsOF, AND BY ADD- ING A NP:W SECTION TO CHAP- TER IV THI~7REOF TO RF, KNOWN AS SECTION YBA, RELATING TO REGti hA'C1NG MOVING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC UPON STREETS AND OTF[ER PUBLIC PLACES IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. BE IT ORDAINED RY TIIE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TIIE COUN- TY OF HAWAII: SECTION Y. Section 4 of Chapter Il of Ordinance numbered 90, is here- by amended to read as follows: "Section I V.
