BE IT ORDAINED RY TIIE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TIIE COUN- TY OF HAWAII: SECTION Y. Section 4 of Chapter Il of Ordinance numbered 90, is here- by amended to read as follows: "Section I V.
