ORDINANCE NO. 102
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND OR-
DINANCE NO. 99 OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, EN-
TITLED "AN ORDINANCE RE-
LATING TO THE ESTABLISH-
ING OF WATER RATES AND
REGULATIONS FOR THE WA-
TER WORKS AND WATER
WORKS SYSTEM OF THE VA-
RIOUS DISTRICTS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HA-
WAII:
Section 1. Section VII. of Ordin-
ance No. 99 of the County of Ha-
waii is hereby amended to read
as follows.
Section VII. MINIMUM
CHARGE: There will be a mini-
mum charge for each meter at
the following rates per month.

Section 2. Section VIII (a) and
4b) of Ordinance No. 99 of the
County of Hawaii is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
(a) Foreign and other vessels,
except vessels engaged exclus-
ively in inter-Lsland trade, 45c
per thousand gallons.
(b) Inter-Island vessels, 25c per
thousand gallons.
Secticn 3. Section IX of Ordin-
ance No. 99 is hereby amended by
substituting for the figures $32.00
and $30.00 set opposite to words
"Chicken Ranch" and "Ranch
Chicken" the figures 12.00.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after its ap-
proval.
