ORDINANCE NO. 105
TO AMEND SECTION 3 OF OR-
DINANCE NO. 1 AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 17 OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII.
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordin-
ance No. 1 as amended by Ordin-
ance No. 17 of the County of Ha-
waii, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 3. The County Clerk
shall forthwith cause a true and
correct copy to be posted upon a.
bulletin board in a conspicuous
place in the hallway, at the en-
trance to the office of the County
Clerk, second floor of the County
Building in the City of Hilo, Coun-
ty of Hawaii and shall also cause
the same to be published at least
once in a newspaper published at
the County seat."
