Ordinance No. 110
An Ordinance to amend Ordin-
ance No. 103 of the County of
Hawaii entitled "An Ordinance To
Be Known As The Building Code."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
ROARU OF SUYER4ISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Chapter 3 0l' Ordin-
anee No. 103 of the County of Ha-
waii, is hereby amended by de-
leting therefrom provisions of Sec-
tion 3. 100.
Section 2. Section 4. Y'iQ Chapter
4, of Ordinace 103 of the County
of Hawaii, is hereby amended by
inserting a "Coma" after the word
"Glass" line 6 of first paragraph
a.nd adding after said "Coma" the
following: "Second Class, Third
Class, or Slow Burning Heavy Tim-
ber."
Section 3. Section 4. 140, Chapter
4, of Ordinance Nn. 103 of the
County of Hawaii, 1s hereby ameod-
ed by adding after the wm~ds "Sec-
ond Class" in line 6 thereof the
words "Third Class."
