COUNTY OF HAWAII, ENTI-
TLED "AN ORDINANCE CHE-
A'pING APLANNING COMMIS-
SION FOR THE CITY OF HILO,
COUNTY OF HAWAIL"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HA-
WAII:
Section 1. The second paragraph
of section 1, oP Ordinance No. 98,
of the County oP Hawaii is here-
by amended to read as follows:
"The City Planning Commission
shall be composed of six (6) mem-
bers to consist oP the County En-
gineer of the County of Hawaii,
and five (6) persona residing with-
i¢ the City of Hilo as members to
be appointed by the Chairman and
Executive Officer of the Board,
with the approval of the Board of
Supervisors, Yor the term of two
(2) years. Any vacancy shall be
filled by the Chairman and Exe-
cutive Officer, with the approval
of the Bnard, Tor the unexpired
portion of the term.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after the date
of its approval.

vote said Ordinance was adopted
by a majority of the Supervisors at
said meeting.
