TO AMEND SECTION 2.159 CHAP-
TER 2; TO AMEND SECTION
13.200 CHAPTER 13 OF ORDI-
NANCE NUMBERED 103 OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWALL RELAT-
ING TO BUH,DING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2.159, Chap-
ter 2 of Ordinance numbered 103
of the County of Hawaii, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2.159 THEATER. A
building containing a room for
athletic, theatrical or operatic
exhibits or other public entertain-
ments, having a total sitting ca-
pacity of 750 or more persons."
SECTION 2. Section 13.200, Chap-
ter 13, of Ordinance numbered 103
of the County of Hawaii, is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom that
portion of lines 17, 13 and 19 of
paragraph 1, which reads as fol-
lows:
"the ground floors shall be of
concrete or other equivalent fire
resisting material;"
