AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SEC-
TION 64 OF ORDINANCE 104
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
115 OF THE COUNTY OF HA-
WAII REGULATING TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVLSORS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Sectfon 64 of Article
7, as amended by Section 4 of
Ordinance 115, is hereby amended
by adding thereto at the end there-
of anew clause to read as follows:
Provided, however, that the
restrictions of this seotion shall
not apply to any motor or other
power vehicle which is regu-
larly used by an agricultural
enterprise in the fields or the
private roads of such agricul-
tural enterprise and which use
of the public highways is only
incidental to transportation
from the field to the mill and
return.
