Ordinance No. 121
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
SECTION 5.150 OF ORDINANCE
103 OF THE COUNTY OF HA-
WAII, KNOWN AS THE BUILD-
ING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of
Hawaii.
Section 1. Section 5.150 of Chap-
ter 5 of Ordinance No. 103 is hereby
amended by adding thereto at the
end thereof a new paragraph to
read as follows:
"Provided however, that no bulld-
ing permit shall be issued for the
construction of a hospital or sani-
t>rium unless there shall first be
presented to and filed with the
Building Inspector, the written con-
sent thereto, verified under oath.
of a two-thirds majority of the
owners of real property within a
radius of 750 feet from the center
of such proposed hospital or sani-
tarium.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
take effect upon its approval and
publication.
