AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE 104 OF THE COUN-
TY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Article VI, Section
49, of Ordinance 104, is hereby
amended by adding thereto at the
end oY part (b) thereof a new
paragraph to read as follows:
"(c) WAR TIME 6PEED
RESTRICTION; Nn person,
whether violating the basic rule
or not, shall drive a vehicle on
a highway at a speed in excess
of 35 miles per hour."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall
take effect on March 17, 1943.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 17th
day of March, A.D, 1943.
