BEING AN ORDINANCE ACCEPT-
ING THE PROVISIONS OF ACT
98, SPECIAL SESSION LAWS OF
HAWAII 1941 and PART V
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. The provisions of Act
89, Special Session Laws of Hawaii
1941 and Part V of said Act is here-
by expressly accepted by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Ha-
waii and declared to be effective
with respeot tq and shall apply to
the County of Hawaii as of and from
the 1st day of May, A.I). 1943.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
take effect on May 1, 1943.

considered at a meeting of the
Board of Supervisors of the Coun-
ty of Hawaii held at the County

1943, and upon being put to vote
said Ordinance was adopted by a
majority of the Supervisors at said
meeting.
