ORDINANCE NO. 99 OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, EN-
T I T L E D "AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO THE ESTAB-
LISHING OF WATER RATES
AND REGULATIONS F-O R
THE WATER WORKS AND
WATER WORKS SYSTEM OF
THE VARIOUS DISTRICTS OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII"
AS AMENDED BY ORDI-
NANCE NO. 102 OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY
FIXING THE CHARGES FOR
WATER FURNISHED TO
SHIPS Oft VESSELS.
BF. IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
Section 1. Section VIII (a) of
Ordinance No. 99 of the County
of Hawaii as amended by Ordi-
nance No. 102 of the County of
Hawaii ie hereby amended to read
as follows:
"(a) Foreign and other ves-
sels, including vessels
engaged exclusively In
inter-island trade 50Q
per thousand gallons."
Section 2. Section VIII (b) of
Ordinance No. 99 of the County
of Hawaii as amended by Ordi-
nance No. 102 of the County of
Hawaii is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall
take effect from and after its
approval.
