Ordinance No. 142
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SEC-
TION 37 OF ORDINANCE 104 AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 115,
REGULATING THE TURNING
AROUND OF VEHICLES ON KA-
MEHAMEHA AVENUE BETWEEN
SHIPMAN AND KUMU STREETS
IN THE CITY OF HILO, COUN-
TY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Paragraph (a) of Sec-
tion 37 of Article VI of Ordinance
104, as amended by Ordinance 115,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) Provided, however, that, be-
tween the hours of 6:00 a.m.
and 11:00 p.m. of any day, it
shall be unlawful for the op-
erator of any vehicle to turn
such vehicle so as to proceed
in the opposite direction on
Kamehameha Avenue between
Shipman and Kumu Streets in
the city of Hilo.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect upon its approval.

vote of the Supervisors at said meet-
ing.
