AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OR-
DINANCE NO. 129 WHICH ES-
TABLISHED A WAR TIME
SPEED RESTRICTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 129,
amending Article VI, Section 49, of
Ordinance 104, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall
take effect upon its approval.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 4th
day of October, 1945.
