Ordinance No. 144
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OR-
DINANCE NO. 123 WHICH CRE-
ATED A HAWAII HUMANE
COMMISSION FOR THE COUN-
TY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS, IN AND FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 123, cre-
ating aHawaii Humane Commission
for the County of Hawaii, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall
take effect as oP the 1st day of Jan-
uary, 1946.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 5th day
of December, 1945.
