AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OR-
DINANCE NO. 98 WHICH CRE-
ATED ACITY PLANNING COM-
MISSION FOR THE CITY OF
HILO, COUNTY OF HAWAII,
AND ORDINANCE NO. 111 AND
RESOLUTION NO. 374, AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 98.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS, IN AND FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 98, cre-
ating a City Planning Commission
for the City of Hilo, County of Ha-
waii, and Ordinance No. 111 and
Resolution No. 374, amending Ordi-
nance No. 98, are hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall
take effect as of the 1st day of Jan-
uary, 1946.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 28th
day of December, 1945.
