HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1946-163COUNTY OF HAWAII TERRITORY OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. lfi3 AN ORDINANCE AD2FNDINO OR- DINANCE NO. 99, AS AMEND- ID, RELATING TO WATER RATES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 7N AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section IX oY Ordi- nance No. 99, Rats-Flat and/or Special, as amended by Ordinance No. 102, is amended by adding a paragraph at the end thereof to read as follows: "Water may be sold, even though delivered through meters, to any person, group of persons, fun or corporation desiring water for use n swimmng tanks and the appurtenances thereto, ncludng toilets and shower, at khe spe- cial rake of ;x1.00 per month Yor the first one million gallons and Sc per ~thovsand gallons for every thousand gallons in excess of the aforesaid one ndllion gallo_~s; provided, however, that such swimmng tank shall be opened for use by the public„~ free of charge, not less .than six (8) days and not less than thirty (30) hours during every week."
