AN ORDINANCE AD2FNDINO OR-
DINANCE NO. 99, AS AMEND-
ID, RELATING TO WATER
RATES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 7N
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section IX oY Ordi-
nance No. 99, Rats-Flat and/or
Special, as amended by Ordinance
No. 102, is amended by adding a
paragraph at the end thereof to
read as follows:
"Water may be sold, even though
delivered through meters, to any
person, group of persons, fun or
corporation desiring water for
use n swimmng tanks and the
appurtenances thereto, ncludng
toilets and shower, at khe spe-
cial rake of ;x1.00 per month Yor
the first one million gallons and
Sc per ~thovsand gallons for every
thousand gallons in excess of the
aforesaid one ndllion gallo_~s;
provided, however, that such
swimmng tank shall be opened
for use by the public„~ free of
charge, not less .than six (8) days
and not less than thirty (30)
hours during every week."
Section 2. This Ordnance shall
take effect fmm and after the
date of its approval.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 7th
day of November, 1946.

of Hawaii held at the County Seat

said Ordinance was adopted by a
