deet3on 1. No ordinance for the County of Hawaii Shall be
h®ld:+to take effect until it shall have passed by ~ majority vote
of all the Superviscrs at a regular or special meetini; of the Board
of Supervisors and shall be signed and sealed as provided in this
Urdinance.
Section 2. Whenever an Urdinance shall have received the
affirmative vote of the majority of the Supervisors at any meeting
a* v;hich such Urdinance is considered, it shall be duly enrolled end
sibaed by the Chairman of the Board oi' Supervisors presiding at such
meeting,-and it shall be attested by the County Clerk whose attesta-
tion shall contain, among othea• things, the fact of the passage of
the Urdinance and the date thereof, and shall be impressed with the
seal of the County.
Section ~. The County Clara shall forthwith cause a true and
correct copy .to be posted upon a bulletin board in a conspicuous
place in the hallway, at the entrance to the office of the County
Clerk, second floor of the County Building in the City of Hilo, County
of Hawaii and shall also cause the same to be published at least once
in a newspaper published at the County seat.
