• 'Section 1. lyhenever any Ordinance of the County of Hawaii
shall authorize the issuance of a commission for the appointment
of an,~ officer within the County-, such commission shall be filed
in. the office of the County Clerk who shall furnish certified
copies to persons thereto entitled.
Section~2. Tue commissions mentioned in ~ect;ion 1 of ttis
Ordinance shall be the sole evidence of the appointment of the
officers for whom they- are issued.
