Section 1. Except as otherwise provided, all claims against
the County of Hawaii shall be plainly written in the English language

and completely itemized on blank forms to be furnished by the County
free oP expense. Unless so presented to the County Clerk for filing

Only one claimant shall be named in each claim, which may be
the nacre of an individual, firm, partnership or corporation.
Section 2. Such claims shall be filed is the office of the

Section 4. Other claims for salaries not ao fized by statute
shall be held for examination and allowance by the Board of Supervisors
in the same manner as other general olaima, and shell be certified by
the superior officer under whose charge the claimant hea rendered the
aervioea.
Section 5. All olaime against the County of Hawaii for aervioea
rendered, labor performed, and materials and supplies furnished, shall
not be sworn to or require the administering of an oath or affidavit
ea a pre-requisite before filing such claim in the office of the County
Clerk.
