Section 1. It. shall bP unlawful for any person to wilfully
scatter, throw, droF, de Fos it, or place, or cause to be scattered,
thrown, dropped, deposited or placed nn eny highway, street, road,
.alley, lane, sidewalk, se.a beach or other gaabl.ic place in the
County of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaii, any alsss, glass bottle,
tin can, nsi]., tack, v~rire, piece of metal., stone, paper; fruit
peeling, rag, wood, straw, ha,v, or sweeping or any rubuish or
debris of any kind whatsoever or any thing or snbetance dangerous
to traffic,.
Section ~. Any person who shall violate any of the Frovi-
sions of this Ordinance shaJ,l be deemed guilty of a miademeannr.
and open conviction thereof shall be punished,bv a fine of not
less than X3.00, nor mcrF: than X250.00.
