Section 17. Plans and Profiles. That the Mepa and Profiles of
the proposed Street System for the City of Hilo, approved by the Board
of Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii, on September 4th, 1913,
by Resolution No. 279, is hereby approved and adopted es the plans and
profiles of said street lines and grades, the same being on file in the
office of the Engineer, City of Hilo, County of Hawaii.
Section 18. That the street lines of the Proposed Streets in that
portion oP Waukee, City of Hilo, County of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaii
lying between Lil~iuokalani Garden North and the Territorial Waterfront
East, also Kuhio Street South and Mamane Street West, as shown on
Map No. 2 on file in the office of the City Engineer, County oP Hawaii,
are hereby established in reference to the Territory Survey Triangulation
Station Halai being latitude 19° 43' 30n 43 north and longitude 155°
03' 58^ 39 West of Greenwich and located as Follows, to wit:
An inch and a half galvanized iron pipe about two (2) feet long
seta vertically in the center of a concrete block six feet square on the
highest point of Helai Hill, and a traverse station known as Front Street
Waiakea No. 4 being a galvanized spike let in concrete at the intersection
of Cocoanut Island Road and Kuhio Street whose coordinates are 2156.26
feet North and 9745.53 feet neat from said Halai Triangula tion Station.
All proposed streets except Mamane Street are laid due north and
south and also due east and west as set out in the following sections.
Section 19. That the street lines of Mamane Street ere hereby
established as follows:
Commencing at a point on the North side of Kamehameha Avenue and
the northwest side of Mamane Straet the eoordinatea of said point of
commencement referred to Gov't Survey Trig. Station Halai being 2078.59
