AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 88, SPECIAL SESSION '
LAWS OF HAWAII 1941 AND PART V THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
Section 1. The provisions of Act 88, Special
Session Laws of Hawaii 1941 and Psrt V of said Act is hereby
eapre~sly accepted by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Hawaii and declared to be effective with respect to, and
shall apply to the County of Hawaii as of and from the lat
day of Mey, A.D. 1943.
