TIME LIMITED IN DESIGNATED PLACES.
HE IT ORDAINED HY THE HOARD OF SUP~iVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:

Section 1. Section 28 of Ordinance No. ~ of the County of
Hawaii is hereby amended to zaead as follows:
~~Section 28. Parking Time Limited in Designated Places.
The operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for longer
than one hour at arty time, between the hours of 7:00 A.bi. and
6:00 P.M. of any day except Sundays and public holidays on any
street within the area of the City of Hilo bounded by the fol-
lowing lines.
(a) The mauka boundary of Kinoole Street from its
junction with the Puxieo boundary of Wailuku Drive
to the Puna boundary of '^laianuenue Avenue. ~`
(b) The Puna boundary of Waianuenue Avenue from the 9
mauka boundary of Kinoole Street to the mauka bound- '.,~,
ary of Keawe Street.
(c) The mauka boundary of Keawe Street from the Puna 4 ,
boundary of Waianuenue Avenue to the intersection
with the mauka boundary of Kilauea Avenue, ~ '
(d) The mauka boundary of Kilauea 'Avenue from its inter-
section with the mai>1ca boundary of Keawe Street to

(e) The Puna boundar.~ of ~onahavrai "+,rest. from the mauka
boundary of Kilauea Avenue to the makai boundary of

(f) The makai boundary of Kamehameha Avenue from the Puna
boundary of Ponahawai Street to the Puuec boundary

Signs shall be erected and maintained in each block desiypat-
ing the provisions of this section; provided, however, that
no person shall be punished for violating the provisions of
this sec tion unless the limitations as to parY3ng prrovided
herein are clearly designated by legible markers or signs."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its ap-
proval.
