BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: Sec. 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 46 of the Revised Ordinances of the County of Fawaii 1947 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section "I. I.Iini.mum charge: `t'here shall be a minimum charge for each meter at the following rates per month.
