APd ORDINANCE $3TABLISHING A RATE FOR THE SALE OF CEb'lETERY
PLOTS OWNED BY THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE I'1' ORDAINED BY THE BOAitL' OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HA[NAI T :
Section 1. Fee to be Charged. There shall be
collected for each cemetery plot sold whic~l is not in excess
of nine (9) Peet in length and four (4) feet in width owned
by the County of Hawaii the s~irn of Twenty Dollars 020.00),
exclusive of the cost of digging the plot.
Section 2. Creatior. of Cemetery Fund. The monies
w
to be collected, as fixed by Section 1 aforesaid, shall be
collected by the Treasurer of the County of Hawaii and de?,osited
in a Cemetery Fund wrich is hereby created. All monies
deposited in the Cemetery Fund are hereby set aside and shall
be expended for the improvement, maintenance and upkeep of
cemeteries owned by the County of Hawaii.
Section 3. `Phis Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
