AN ORDIAAI7CE AMENDING SUCTION 5 OF ORDINANCE N0. 11 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OTC HAWAII 1947 AND INSERT-
ING A NEW SUCTION NUMBERED 8-B IN-ORDINANCE N0. 11 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCE3'OF THE COUNTY OF HAlYAII 1947, ALL RELAT-
ING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY
OF HILO.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THU;BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FCR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby amended by adding to the end of•aubsection 17
thereof, the following:
~~provided, however, from the above-described area, the following
described parcel of land is excepted:
All of the. area bounded by:
1. The Keaukaha side of Kumasi Street and its mauka extension
across Kalanianaole Street;
2. The mauka aide of the Hawaii Consolidated Railway right-of-
way from the Keaukaha side of Kumasi Street to the Waiakea
side of Naxtous Industrial Zona I;
3• The Waiakea side of Noxious Industrial Zone I from the mauka
side of the Hawaii Consolidated Railway right-of-way to the
mauka side of Kalanianaole Street;
4. The mauka aide of Kalanianaole Street from Noxious Industrial
Zone I to the mauka extension of the Keaukaha side of Kumasi
Street.~~
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the ,r, t, •, :.
County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby amended by inserting a new section numbered BrB,
after Section 8-A, to read as follows:
"SECTION 8-B. Noxious Industrial Zone III. Noxious Industrial Zone
III shall contain all of the area bounded by:
1. 'The Keaukaha side of Kumasi Street and its mauka extension
across Kalanianaole Street;
2. The mauka side of the Hawaii Consolidated Railway right-of-
way from the Keaukaha side of Kuroau Street to the Waiakea
side of Noxious Industrial Zone I;
