Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 506 of the L'uildin~
Code (Ordinance No. 60, Revised Ordinances oi' the County oP
Ilawaii 1947) is hereby amended to read as i'ollocrs:
"(e) Separation on all sides. Where public
space, streets or yards, more than tvrenty feet
(20~) in width, extend on all sides of one and tvro-
story buildings and adjoin the entire perimeter,
the areas specified in Section 505 may be
increased at a rate of five per cent for each
foot by which the minimum tridth exceeds t~.^renty
feet (20'). Such increases shall not e.cceed
100 per cent, except Po.r buildings of Group G
occupancy; provided, however, that in i'ire
Zone 3, such increases may e:cceed 100 per cent
but shall not exceed 400 per cent for single
story buildings of 'Pype IZJ or better construction."
Section 2. Phis Ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.
