BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
Section 1Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby amended by inserting anew
section numbered 2-A, 2-B and 2-C1, after Section 2., to read as
f ollow's:
"Section 2-A. Business Zone -III,, Business Zone
shall contain all of the area bounded by:

Section 4 . Ordinance N o . 11 of the Revised Ordinances

of the County of Hawaii. 1947 is hereby further amended b
inserting a new section numbered 19--A, after Section 19 to
read as follows:
"Section 19-A. Residential Zone A- VIII .
Residential, Zone A- VIII shall contain all of the area
designated as Series 2 of the Ainako Subdivision, File
Plan No. 427, Series 3 of the Ainako Subdivision, File
Plan No. 433 and Map 6 of Land Court Application 292 ,
as shown on maps on file in the office of the Bureau
of Conveyances in Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, and
the office, of the County Clerk, County of Hawaii."
Section -5. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby further amended by
inserting

21, to read as follows ;
"Section 21- A . Residential Zone B-- I I I .
Residential Zone B -III shall contain the following tracts
of land:-

as shown on Tax Map Key 2-5-110

Ponahawai Homesteads on the makai side of Kaumana
Drive as shown on Tax Map Key 2-5-12*
3. All those portions of Lots 31, 4, 5, 6, and 7
of the Ponahawai Homesteads on tYia, mauka side
of Kaumana Drive as shown on Tax Map Key 2-5m.07.,
and also parcels "All., "B".9 rT CII , and TYDYY of
the subdivision of Grant 5122 (Lyman Subdivision)
as shorn on map on file -in the offi ce of the
Department of Public 'u'Vorks, County of Hawaii
4. All of Lots 1 and 2 of the Ponahawai Homesteads

Section 6. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances
E of the County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby further amended by
inserting a new section numbered 22-A, after Section 22, to read
as follows:
"Section 22-A. Residential Zone C -I.
Residential Zone. C -I shall contain all of the . area contain-
ing 1.0.0 acres, being the southerly portion of Lot 1004,
Waiakea Homesteads, and situated at the northeast corner
of the intersection of the Main Government Road and a
side road at Camp 6."
Section 7. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances
of the County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby further amended by
inserting a new section numbered 24-A, after Section 24, to
read as follows,
'Section 24-A. Agricultural Zone One -A.
Agricultural Zone One -A shall contain all. of the Waiakea
Homestead Lots mauka of a line 968 f e e t mauka of Road
3 West (Camp 4 Crossroad),, together with a parcel of
Government land containing approximately 492--.5 acres
on the s out he rl y side of and adjoining Lots 1201,
1302.0 1304 and 1406 of the Waiakea Homesteads; excepting,
however, Business Zone IV., Residential Zone C- I and
a strip of land 200 feet on either side of 'the center
line of all existing roads in the area."
Section S. This Ordinan c e shall -take effect upon i t s
approval.
