AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 11 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAViAII 1947 BY INSERTING ANEW SECTION N[ID~BERED 19-B
RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF
HILO.
HAWAII~DAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISQRS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
3ection:'.1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordirsances of the
County of Hay~„ii 1947 is hereby amended by inserting a nsw section
mtimmbered 19-B, after Section 19-A, to read as follows:
"Section 19-B. Residential Zone A-IX,
boun<ledsbyential Zona A-IX shall contain all of the area
1. The Hilo aide of Puainako Street from a line 242
feet mavka of the mauka side of Kinoole Street to
the makai si de of Road 3 Weat (Camp 4 Crossroad);
2. The makai side of Road 3 West (Camp 4 Crossroad)
and its extension from its intersection with the
Hilo side of Pusinako Street to a line 1,800 feet
Olaa of the Olaa side of Haihai Street;
3• Aline 1,800 feet Olga of the Olaa side of Haihai
Street from its intersection with the extension of
the makai aide of Road 3 West (Camp 4 Crossroad)
to the asuka side of Kilauea Street;
4. The mauka side of Kilauea Street from its inter-
section with a line 1,800 feet Olaa of the Olaa
side of Haihai Street to the Hilo aide o£ Haihai
Street;
5. The Hilo side of Haihai Street from its intersec-
tion with the mauka aide of Kilauea Street to a
line 21x2 feet mauka of the mauka side of Kinoole
Street;
b, Aline 242 feet mauka of the mauka side of Kinoole
Street from its intersection with the Hilo aide of
Haihai Street to the Hilo aide of Puainako Street."
Section 2, This Ordinance shall take affect upon its approval.
