AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-A OF ORDINANCE N0. 68 AND INSERTING A
NE4Y SECTION NUMHEFtED 8-C IN ORDINANCE N0. 11 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1947, ALL RELATING TO THE ESTAHLISH[~NT OF LAND
USE DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF HII.O.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
HAWAII:
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF

Section 1. Section 5-A of Ordinance No. 68 is hereby amended by ,
adding to the end thereof the following:
"provided, however, from the above-described area, the fol-
lorring described parcel of land is excepted:
All of the area bounded by:
1. Aline 100 feet long on the makai boundary of a
government road from its intersection with the
Keaukaha boundary of Silva Street; i
long
2. Aline 200 fee toward the makai direction, paral-
lel to and 100 feet Keaukaha of Silva Street from
its intersection with the makai boundary of the
government road;
3. Aline 100 feet long in the Waiakea direction, 200
feet makai and parallel to the government road from
• its intersection with the line 100 feet Keaukaha
and parallel to Silva Street;
4. Aline 200 feet long on the Kesukaha boundary of
Silva Street from its intersection with the line
200 feet makai and parallel to the government road
to its intersection with the makai boundary of the
government road."
Section 2. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby amended by inserting a new section num- I~,
bared 8-C, after Section B-B, to read ae follows: /.
"Section 8-C. No~{,o~ Industrial Zone IV. Noxious Industrial !
Zone IV shall contain all of the area boarded by:
1. Aline 100 feet long on the makai boundary of a govern- -
ment road from its intersection with the Keaukaha
boundary of Silva Street;
2. Aline J200 feet long toward the makai direction,
parallel to and 100 feet'Keavkaha of Silva Street
from its intersection with the makai boundary of the
t government road;
