AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 65 RELATING TO
CONTROL OF SLAUGHTERING AND SALE OF MEAT FOOD PRODUCTS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Subsection (b) of section 3 of Ordinance
65, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1947, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) Meat inspectors, who are possessed of
tha necessary experience and qualifications, shall
be appointed by the Chairman and Executive Officer
of the County of Hawaii with the approval of the
Board of Supervisors of said County".
Section 2. 'Phis ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.
