AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO* 44 RELATING TC THE
PLANNING AND TRAFFIC COMMISSION*
BE IT ORDAINED BY' ' THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
CE HAWAII:
Section 1.- Section 3 of ordinance 44, Revised, ordinances`-
of Hawaii., 1947'
,, is hereby amended by deleting the whole
s ent en,ce beginning with., "The Commission... in the
fourth line and inserting in lieu thereof the following

Board of Supervisors,, with the appro val of the Board
of Supervisors -of said County, sial l appoint an

Planni and Traffic. The -Commission shall have the

may be necessary to perform the duties of the Commission .

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
