�I ESTABLISHING AN AREA OF MCS OHEAU PARK FOR THE USE AS A TERMINAL
FOR THE BUSE S UNDER BUS C oTTROL COMMITTEE , AND PROVIDING
FOR A -RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE REOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPE RVI S O RS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII-:
Section 1. There is. hereby set aside the .,Honokaa-makai
portion of the nearly built parking area of Mooheau . Park, for the
purpose of a bus terminal for buses regulated by the Bus Control

Committee.
Section 2. The Bus Control Committee shall make such rules
and regulations for the parking of said buses as it deems neces-
sary for the carrying out of the purpose of this or di.nance .
Section 3. The Bus.Control Committee s hal l _;col

owner of each bus parking in said area the sunk of DOLLARS

,Section 4. All monies collected by the Bus Control Com-
mittee shall be deposited in the Bus Control Fund, which is
hereby created. All monies deposited in the Bus Control fund
are :hereby set aside and shall be expended to improve, maintain
and up kee ro er bus control in the Count of Hawaii.
