BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: Section 1. Section 20 of Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinan- ces of the County of Hawaii 1947 is hereby amended by adding to the end thereof, the following: "provided, however, from the above-described area, the follow- ing described parcel of land. is excepted: All of the area boutried by: 1. The makai boundary of Kilauea Street from the Puna boundary of Kekvanaoa Street to the Puna boundary of the property of T. Katauren; 2. The Puna boundary of the property of T. Katsuren from the makai boundary of Kilauea Street to a line parallel to and 200 feet away from the makai bound- ary of Kilauea Street; 3. Aline parallel to and 200 feet away from the makai bo}y}~yo~~~ea Street from the Pw7a boundary o~ K to a line parallel to and 125 feet away from the Puna boundary of Kekuanaoa Street; 4. Aline parallel to and 125 feet away from the Puna boundary of Kekuanaoa Street from a line parallel to and 200 feet away from the makai boundary of Kilauea Street to the "mauka boundary of a govern- ment road; 5. The mauka boundary of a government road, located about 660 feet and approximately parallel to K31a_ uea Street, from s line parallel to and 125 feet from Kekuanaoa Street to the Puna boundary of Kekuanaoa Street. b. The Puna boundary of Kekuanaoa Street from the gov- ernment road to the makai boundary of Kilauea Street." Section 2.
