ORDINANCE N04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO* 59, RELATING TO THE
TRANSPORTATION CONTROL COMaTTEE OF HILO*
BE IT ORDAMD BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAAT I:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of Ordinance 59 of the. -Revised
Ordinances of Hawaii , 1947 is -amended by adding, the following
parts after part (c)
(d) The -willful refusal of the owner of a
bus to pay for use of parking area in
Yooheau Park as provided in Ordinance 79
of the Revised Ordinance of 1947, County
of Hawaii. -
(e) The failure of 'the carrier to comply
with the provisions of Ordinance 519 of
the Revised Ordinance of 1947 of the County
of Hawaii and as amended, and any lawful
order of the committee,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval,
