SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator
.of any vehicle to stand or park said vehicle in the parking
space located on the fiamakua side of '~Jaianuenue tivenue just
makai of Keawe Street, between the hours of 7:00 A.:~~. and
5:00 F.~:., Sundays and Holidays excepted; except the Chairman
of the County of Hawaii.
SECTIOSd 2. vny person violating the provisions of
this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
