Section 1. Ordinance Iv'o, ^9 of t},e County of Hawaii 1y50 i.s
hereby amended to read as follows.
,Section 2, Section /~ is hereby amended by adding a new Sub-
section (u) after Subsection (t) to read as follows:
"(u) Freight, merchandise, materials and loads. i~qy object
or item whether transported £or hire or not for hire.°
Section 3. Paragraph '], Subsection (a) of Section )8, is
hereb~~ amended to read as follows:
"~, dVithi.n thirty feet of a crosswalk except where designated
by a parking stall."
Section 4, Ordinance iue. Sy of the County of Hawaii 1950 is
hereby amended by adding thereto a new section designated as ~ect9on
19-A to read as follows:
"Section )_y-A. Stopping, standing, or parking on federal-aid
highways.
(a) i,>here official signs are erected giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park a
vehicle upon any federal-aid hilrhway, subject to
the exemptions gs•anted emergency vehicles.
(b) For the provisions of para~~•aph (a) of ttLis sec-
tion, the territorial hip~rwa„r engineer fnr the
Co~mty of flaw•aii i.s hereby authorized to erect
"P1o-parking" si.gn.G u}x>n any ;wrti.on of the said
federal-ai.d highway where he deems i.t necessary.
(c) No parson sha]1. park a vehicle upon any federal-
aid highway for a period of time longer than

Section 5. Section'20 is hereby amended by ad:li nl? Subsections

Section 6. Section 21 is hereby amerxled:

Section 7. Section 51 is hereby amended by adding after the
subsection on KUKUALI STREET two subsections as follows:

makai to mauka between Kamehameha ';venue and Piurahoa Street,
PUNAHOA STREET. All vehicular traffic shall move only from
flaroalcua to Puna between L!amo Street and ~'onahawai Street."
Section 8. Subsection'43 of Section 55 of Ordinance No. 89,
as amended by Ordinance "Io. 95, is hereby further ametxled to read as
follows: ,
(a) By changing Para~aph ? of Subsection (h} te.read as
follows:
"3, The mauka side of Einoole Street, from .,`ai.anuenue
Street to .lai].uku Drive."
