RE IT ORDAINED S1' THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAIYAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby amended in Section 20 by
adding to the end of said section the following:
"provided, however, from the above-described area, the fol-
lowing parcel of land is excepted:
' Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of
Kinoole Street and Kawailani Street and measured in a clock-
wise direction:
1. The Y'7est boundary of Kinoole Street for a distance
of 100 feet;
2. A line 41F2 feet long and parallel to Kawailani
Street;
3. The i7est boundary of the property of A. Torres
(2-4-11-2) for a distance of 100 feet;
4. The West boundary of the property of Lt. Akahoshi
(2-4-10-24) for a distance of 100 feet;
5. A line 337 feet long and parallel to Kawailani
Street;
6. Aline 2G0 feet long and parallel to Kinoole
Street;
7, The North boundaries of the properties of S. Nalco
(2-2-41-2) and J. 1~:artin (2-2-41-12);
8. A line 260 feet long and parallel to Kinoole Street;
9. Aline 142 feet long and parallel to Kavr~.ilani
`•~ Street;
10. The 3ast boundary of tk:e property of H. ::ndo
(2-2-41-11) for a distance of 1Jd feet;
11. The North boundary of Kawailani street fcr a dis-
tance of 242 feet:'

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby amended by inserting a new section
n~bered 2-E, after Section 2-D, to read as follows:
"Section 2-E. Business Zone VII for a Shopping Center.
(The intersection of Kavrailani Street and Kinoole Street).
Business Zone VII shall contain all of the area described as
follox~s
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of
Kinoole Street and Kawailani Street and measured in a clock-
wise direction:
1. The West boundary of Kinoole Street for a distance
oY 100 feet;
2. Aline 442 feet long and parallel to Kavrailan;
Street;
3. The Piest boundary of the property of A. To:x s
(2-4-11-2) for a distance of 100 feet;
4, The 'iTest boundary of the property of Pd. Akahoshi
~-4-10-24) for a distance of 100 feet;
5. Aline 337 feet long and parallel to Kawailani
Street;
6. Aline 260 feet long and parallel to Kinoole
Street;
7, The North boundaries of the properties of S. Nako
(2-2-41-2) and J. ldartin (2-2-41-12);
8. Aline 260 feet long and parallel to Kinoole Street;
9. A line 142 feet long and parallel to Kawailani
Street;
10. The East boundary of the property of H. Ando
(2-2-41-11) for a distance of 100 feet;
11. The north boundary of Kawailani Street for a dis-
tance of 242 feet."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
