Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance l0y of the County of
Hawaii 1951, is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "or by
imprisonment for not more than v0 days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment." following UNts HU1dDi&a DULLA}t5 and by sub-
stituting in the place thereof a period to read as follows:
°Section 2. Penalties. Any person convicted of a violation
of the foregoing prohibition shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding ONO tiUNDIU+:D DOLLAdS."
Section 2. 'this Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
