AM ORDINANCE At~ir3VDING ORDINANCE N0, ll OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HA;YAII 1947, AS Aa~NDED, BY INSERTING A NEti9 SECTION DESIG-
NATED 24-B RELATIAIG TO THE ESTABLISHb4ENT OF LAND USE DISTRICTS IN THE
CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY-THE BOARD OF SUP~VISCRS IN AND FGR THE COUNTY OF
HAYIAII
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii 1947, as amended, is hereby further amended by in-
serting anew section designated 24-B, after Section 24-A, to read
as follows:
"Section 24-B. Agricultural Zone One-B,
Agricultural Zone One-B shall contain all of the lots
located in Sections "A" and "C" of the +'raiakea Homesteads
3rd Series, together with a parcel of government land con-
taining approximately 101.3 acres on the easterly side of
and adjoining Agricultural Zone Cne-A; excepting, however,
a strip o£ land 200 feet on either side of the centerline
of all existing roads in the area."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upo~O~n"""""its approval.
